Our team at Boutique Black want you to cherish your beautiful new pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we offer a simple exchanges & returns policy outlined below:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, garments must be unworn and tried on only over underwear. The item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags intact and be in the original packaging/ box.
Boutique Black reserve the right to decline items that are not in original condition.
Gift cards are non-returnable or redeemable for cash.
Postage is not redeemable for cash.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Store Credit will be awarded to purchases that wish to be returned and can be located using your store login details.
Reasons that a lingerie item will not be accepted for exchange or refund:
- Change of mind.
- Ordered the incorrect product.
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
- Damage to the product due to misuse.
- Wear and tear.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Boutique Black offers Australian clients free postage for the same product style on the first exchange only. Subsequent exchanges will result in postage costs being covered by the client. International clients will incur standard international postage costs.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to receive a refund instead of store credit, then the cost of return shipping will be at your own cost. The original postage fee of a maximum $30.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Boutique Black cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit so we recommend sending your items via traceable postage services. We kindly ask that you allow up to 10 business days for return items to be processed, and 14 business days for exchanges to be processed and redelivered.
